Contractor plans are for buyers — contractors, developers, and procurement teams sourcing materials and managing projects. Supplier plans are for sellers — manufacturers, distributors, and vendors listing products and receiving RFQs. The dashboard, features, and pricing are different for each. Yes. The Contractor Starter plan is currently free as a launch offer (normally 7,500 SAR). You get the AI quoting tool with monthly usage limits, access to verified suppliers, order tracking, EmaarX 24/7 support, and 1 user seat. No credit card required to activate — contact us on WhatsApp and we set you up.

Every paid plan is billed either as a 6-month package or a 1-year package. The yearly option always costs less per month — savings range from 20% to 37.5% depending on the plan. There is no monthly-only option; we found that 6-month minimum commitments work better for construction project cycles.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time and the new features unlock immediately. Switching between 6-month and yearly billing takes effect at the start of your next cycle. All changes are coordinated through your account manager — or directly via WhatsApp for Starter and Business plans.

Activation and billing are currently handled through WhatsApp (+966 57 985 9401). We accept bank transfer for all plans and invoiced billing for Enterprise customers. Online card payment is coming soon. Once you pick a plan, message us on WhatsApp and we guide you through activation.

The Contractor Starter plan includes monthly AI quotation usage limits. If you hit the cap, you can either wait for the next month or upgrade to Business for unlimited quoting. We will notify you before you run out. Supplier Starter has SKU limits — you can upgrade to Business when you need to list more products.
